Cameron and Michaela Jones
Campus Director
Cameron graduated from Grove City College and Michaela graduated from Penn State. They met in the Navigators, were married in 2016 and completed their Navigator staff training at Penn State from 2016-2021. In 2021, they moved to South Jersey to launch the Rowan Navigators. Cameron is currently working toward a Masters of Theology from Westminster Theological Seminary.
They have sons aged 5, 4 and 1 year old and a German Shepherd, Glory!
Ben and Alayna Lehman

After meeting as students in the Navigators ministry at Penn State, Ben and Alayna got married and moved to New Jersey to serve on Rowan University's campus! Involvement with the Navigators, both as students and staff, has had an incredible influence on their lives. They are passionate about inviting people into authentic community, serving others generously, and having a blast while doing so!
Sarah Rebstock
Mission Staff
Sarah graduated from Rowan University in 2024 and was first involved with Navigators as a student. Through the discipleship and friendships she experienced in the ministry, God grew her faith in life-changing ways, and she is so thankful to now serve on staff and invest in students! Sarah is married to Maxwell and is mom to Micah.
Dan and Sarah Mulley
Campus Reps - Staff Trainer
Dan and Sarah were both deeply impacted by The Navigators in college, and met as they joined staff in 2016. After serving at NYU and Penn State, they were excited to help launch a new ministry at Rowan. Since moving to Jersey in 2021, their family has grown to include two boys (ages 4 and 2) who love walking to campus and seeing students. They are excited to welcome a baby girl in November 2026.
As loneliness and anxiety continue to increase on campus, Sarah and Dan are passionate about sharing the good news of Jesus who became a man to relate face-to-face with his people. They are motivated by seeing lives transformed as students experience God and come into the kind of community He made them for. Hospitality, one-to-one discipleship, worship, and the truth of scripture characterize the Mulleys’ ministry, and they are honored to be a part of what God is doing in students’ lives!
Aura Muniz

Aura graduated from Rowan University in 2024 and was deeply impacted by the Navigators ministry during her time in college. She is now married to Samuel and serves on campus full time. She is deeply passionate about making disciples and empowering young female students to become life long laborers for the gospel!
Carolina Silva
EDGE
Carolina graduated from Rowan in May of 2026 with a bachelors degree in Music Industry, minoring in German Studies and Entrepreneurship. She found the Lord through the Navigators and her life was transformed by the Gospel. Community, discipleship, and being in the Word, has allowed her to grow deep in her relationship with God. She is happy to join staff and is passionate about sharing the Gospel through life to life discipleship, worship, and crafting videos online that bring the youth to Jesus.
